Ori Gersht

Gersht is an Israeli photographer and video artist. He creates work that often poetically explores the relationships between history, memory and landscape. Themes such as Dutch still life painting, romantic landscapes and Nazi-occupied territory escape routes in the Pyrenees are prevalent in Gersht’s bodies of work.
