Francisco Donoso

Equadorian-born Donoso lives in NY and Miami and has been a recipient of DACA since 2013. Donoso’s works are embodiments of the human experience where notions of placement and fixed boundaries are questioned to reveal the precariousness of belonging. He creates semi-abstract paintings where the deconstruction and re-framing of the fence, a symbol for borders in all its forms, allows for an ecosystem of possibility and transformation to emerge.
